About me

I am a Registered Social Worker with a Master of Arts in Human Development/Interdisciplinary Health, a Bachelor of Arts Degree (Honors) specializing in Psychology, and a Diploma in Developmental Services.

From early in my career, I developed a passion for children's mental health, which has grown into a dedication to supporting individuals of all ages. I have extensive experience working with children, youth, adults, couples, and families, addressing a wide array of concerns and challenges.

My practice is deeply rooted in cultural sensitivity, with significant experience working with Indigenous communities. I have worked in both rural and urban settings, understanding and addressing the unique challenges faced by these diverse populations.

My diverse background and commitment to continuous learning enable me to provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy tailored to each client’s unique needs.
